What is Chinese Medicine
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) incorporates acupuncture, tui na massage, cupping, moxabustion, dietary and lifestyle advice.
These therapies have been used for thousands of years to promote and encourage the body’s natural healing process.
How does it work?
Acupuncture has been proven to stimulate the nervous system, releasing neurochemical messenger molecules which influence the body’s homeostatic mechanisms. It can be used to rebalance the body’s hormones, reduce pain, anxiety and induce relaxation.
